One of the long time needs I had about homelabbing and self-hosting is being able to expose services externally without doing port-forwarding on my home router.
If .self will be aiming at the self-host / homelab community I think that in addition to the .self TLD (which is great) we’ll have to come up with ways to easily allow people to expose their services via a Tunnel.
A good example is Cloudflare Tunnels but right now they have a huge limit, which is the 100MB upload which makes it unusable in some contexts (ie: Immich)
